Exploring WordPress in order to become more familiar with the ways in which it can be customized with an eye toward offering it as a CMS to website clients. I don’t know as much about it as I should, but I intend to remedy that.

Since Blogger has decided to stop allowing people to publish via FTP, I’m looking at options, and one of my options would be to switch over to a WordPress blog. Of course, I’m not really excited about that, either, since I still wouldn’t be publishing to my own server unless I actually installed it, and I don’t want to do that. I guess I’ll continue giving it some thought, I just hate the idea that I could possibly lose my work. I’m sure that WordPress has plenty of redundant servers and back-ups in place, but it still makes me a little nervous not to have control over my content.
